We can handle enquiries on your behalf by taking messages or connecting calls through to you immediately whilst your caller is still on the line, effectively acting as a receptionist service for you.
Call details and messages are entered into our call management platform (CMP) and these can be sent out via email, text message or fax at a time of your choosing or alternatively, in real time as soon as your caller has disconnected. You can also retrieve your messages 24-hours a day via our secure online message centre.
